Potted plants rim ornamental border (star jasmine, bouganvilleas, brambles, geraniums, lantanas, hibiscus, marguerites).  Transvaal daisies purchased for half-price ($2.50 because they were ailing); ornamental garlic was found in bag of lawn clippings thrown away by neighbor.  Rosalie Stafford regularly collects lawn clippings for making compost.
